By accessing and using the VAERIS website at vaeris.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Services

VAERIS provides resort revenue optimisation consulting services to independent resorts in Pacific Islands and Southeast Asia. The specific terms of any engagement, including scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables, are governed by a separate service agreement entered into between VAERIS and the client property.

$50,000 Guarantee

The $50,000 revenue opportunity guarantee applies to the Diagnostic (Phase 1) engagement. If the Diagnostic does not identify at least $50,000 in annual revenue opportunity, the client receives a full refund of the Diagnostic fee. The client retains the diagnostic report. The specific terms of the guarantee are documented in the service agreement.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and materials on this website are owned by VAERIS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

Free resources (checklists, playbooks, calculators) provided by VAERIS are for personal, non-commercial use by the recipient property. They may not be redistributed, resold, or used to provide competing consulting services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAERIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
